It's 2024, and the year is starting off well.
While 2023 ended on a sad note with the passing of my beloved pup Lilly, the year brought some happy news as well.
I became a finalist in the PRISM award. Twice.
The PRISM is awarded to books of excellence in the Fantasy, Futuristic, and Paranormal Romance genres.
Making it to the finalist category with not one but two books is an honor.
To have Curses, Cats, and Crime: A Love Story place first in the novella category and Her Highlander Choice place second in the SciFi & Futuristic Category is humbling.
I'm excited to see what 2024 brings, and the fact that the year started off with a win and a second place final in a prestigious contest is a great start.
I wish for you all that you hope for in 2024.
